White wines
Sauvignon
Made from Sauvignon grapes, it produces a dry white wine. Its fruitiness and freshness make it a wine that we like to drink rather young, with citrus notes of white fruits. and exoticism.
"Cuvée Henri" Chenin sec
A noble grape par excellence, Chenin draws its letters of nobility from its natural predisposition to aging. Warm aromas of dried apricot, almond, pear and honey, on a lovely freshness palate.
Chenonceaux White
This cuvée is the expression of Sauvignon Blanc on a "delimited" terroir of the village appellation Chenonceaux.
Raised for a period minimum of 12 months before its commercialization, you will discover to what extent the sauvignon grape is interesting on the breeding register.
The Red wines
Gamay
It gives a traditionally light and fruity red wine. Pleasantly scented, it exudes notes of red fruits which are the expression of its early youth.
Cuvée Louis
A happy blend of Cabernet Franc and Malbec, it is a generous wine. Its aromas of blackcurrant and raspberry make it a delicious and silky wine.
L ' A c ô t lyte
In a spirit of breeding, this vintage of Malbec is aged in barrels of 2,3 and 4 wines for a period of 10 to 12 months.
The fruit is black and pleasant, the aging has rounded the tannins to leave room to fruit and gluttony.
The Arpents
A blend predominantly of Cabernet Franc, it gives a structured and aromatic red. The finesse of the wood and the aging brings it a beautiful complexity with aromas of blackcurrant, raspberries and make it a delicious and silky wine.
QueSaCo
Every year since 2011, we offer a cuvée of one of our red grape varieties without added sulfur. The inspiration of the moment and the potential that we present lead us to vary the pleasures over the vintages.
The Fine Bubbles
The Fine Bubbles of Touraine
From the Chenin grape variety, the Fine bubbles of Touraine are another possible expression of this grape variety produced in brut, dry or semi-dry form. Minimum aging: 9 months on slats
Les Fines Bulles Rosé
Blend of several grape varieties cleverly dosed, this cuvée is fruity and sparkling! A treat for the taste buds.
The Crémant de Loire
After manual harvesting, this Chenin - Chardonnay blend receives a minimum of 12 months aging before being marketed.
Maturity, finesse and freshness characterize this cuvée.
