BIO FINES BULLES, a festive vintage !
Gentle pressing, fermentation at low temperature for one month followed by maturation on lees. After foaming, storage in tuffeau cellars for a minimum of 12 months before disgorging.
Fine mousse and bubbles, of beautiful aromatic complexity where we find the grape with nuances of lime and honey. The mouth is ample and tender, always on the fruit. The finish is harmonious and refreshing.
